Justin Lin, who co-wrote the screenplay with Daniel Casey, is the director of the upcoming American action movie F9, commonly known as Fast & Furious 9. It is the ninth major installment, the tenth full-length movie produced in the Fast & Furious franchise, and the follow-up to The Fate of the Furious (2017).
Featuring Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, John Cena, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, Sung Kang, Helen Mirren, and Charlize Theron, F9 is the first movie directed by Lin since Fast & Furious 6 (2013) and the first without a Chris Morgan script since 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003).
