⭐DILATED PORE OF WINER⭐
A.K.A DPOW
When a large blackhead (dead skin and sebum) builds up and stays in the pore too long the skin around it will stretch and start to lose elasticity.
When the blackhead is then removed the skin can stay stretched causing a dilated pore of winer -as in this photo.
They can be treated by a dermatologist who will perform an excision with stitches or by myself using a mostly painless and controlled needling within the walls of the pore.
