Marvel Studios is taking a bold step into new territory with the announcement of White Tiger, a film centered on the beloved but underused Marvel character White Tiger, with Jenna Ortega in the lead role. White Tiger promises to deliver action, intrigue, and character depth in a story centered on Ava Ayala, the new bearer of the mystical White Tiger amulet.
Joining Ortega is Tom Holland, reprising his role as Peter Parker in a supporting role, further tying White Tiger into the wider Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The film follows Ava Ayala, played by Ortega, a college student with a fierce commitment to justice. Her character discovers her family’s legacy as protectors when she inherits the White Tiger amulet, which grants her superhuman agility, strength, and martial arts skills.
